A fashion firm has dropped an Australian influencer who allegedly called another woman “fat” in a leaked Snapchat video.

A video released by the famous watchdog account Aussie Influencer Opinions purports to show Kerri Gribble referring to TikTok superstar Mikaela Testa as “fat.”

The “public announcement” has now been deleted, but not before it was extensively disseminated online, provoking outrage and prompting hordes of women to demand that Ms. Gribble be fired from her ambassador position with Australian e-tailer White Fox Boutique.

In reaction, the brand informed news.com.au that Adelaide, South Australia resident Ms. Gribble is “no longer an affiliate.”

It also gave the same message to consumers who vowed to boycott the company on TikTok because it employs “someone who bodyshames other women.”

Mikaela, a developer of sexual content, released a video explaining that a girl she had recently met at an event had called her “fat” in public, labeling the incident “concerning” on social media.

While Mikaela, who has over 2.2 million followers, didn’t name anyone, it didn’t take long for fans to begin sharing the clip of a blonde woman in bed with a heart filter, with the caption: “Public announcement to let you all know, Mikaela Testa is overweight in person. “Social media is fraudulent.”

As soon as the video began to circulate, Mikalea was swamped with support, with many describing Ms. Gribble’s alleged remarks as “sick” and “embarrassing.”

Others began tagging White Fox Boutique, prompting the company to comment that Ms. Gribble is “no longer an affiliate.”

“This literally makes me ill!!!” “It’s really humiliating that jealousy has damaged her career,” said one social media user.

“What a revolting thing to say about another person — anyone else. Very, very, very high school,” remarked another.

One person yelled, “I’m very disappointed. Women don’t speak like this about each other!”

Others concurred, adding that “body shaming” is inappropriate and describing it as “nasty girl behavior.”

One person remarked, “This is very reprehensible of her; what happened to girls supporting girls?”

When the event between the two women occurred is unknown.

“Absolutely revolting fatphobia. Someone person remarked, “She must be extremely envious and insecure to be posting this on the Internet.”

Ms. Gribble’s Instagram accounts have since been turned private and disabled for comments, but screenshots captured prior to her going offline reveal she openly stated she owed “nobody anything other than an apology to Mik.”

It is unclear where the alleged assault occurred, although both women attended the Black Friday party hosted by White Fox Boutique in Sydney last month.

Mikaela, age 22, wore the brand’s $40.75 “Look Back At It Midi Dress Black,” a black bodysuit with black glitter mesh covering the sleeves, bust, and legs.

The back of the bodysuit features a G-string element that reveals the wearer’s derriere.

Tammy Hembrow, a Gold Coast mega influencer and mother of three, attended the event wearing a silver crop top and tiny skirt from the brand’s recent “Party Collection.”
