Volkswagen takes steps to strengthen their clients’ satisfaction

Johannesburg, July 25th, 2022 Volkswagen Highlands, Autohaus Centurion, Lindsay Saker Fourways, NTT Volkswagen Potchefstroom, and Volkswagen Highlands are the most recent Volkswagen dealerships to undergo significant facility modifications in an effort to strengthen their client offerings.
There are 109 dealerships operated by Volkswagen South Africa across all of South Africa, Namibia, and Botswana.
The majority of Volkswagen dealerships have undergone facilities modifications in keeping with the brand’s corporate branding.
The network of Volkswagen dealers supports the local economy by providing jobs for more than 5 200 individuals.
“Volkswagen dealers are a crucial component of our brand’s development. In 2021, the network of Volkswagen dealers assisted in the brand achieving a market share of 20.1 percent.
Not only does the dealer network account for 75% of our yearly sales.
Over 5 200 people are employed by our 109 Volkswagen dealers, which contribute to South Africa’s economic growth.

The four Volkswagen dealers employed nearly 200 workers and spent a combined R119 million on improvements.
The North West province’s NTT Volkswagen Potchefstroom invested R43 million in a new dealership. 35 people work at NTT Volkswagen Potchefstroom.
A new auto showroom and administrative buildings have been added to Lindsay Saker Fourways’s existing dealership thanks to an investment of R30 million.
Both a new MasterCars building and a new workshop are present.
The dealership has 55 employees and is headquartered in Fourways, Johannesburg.
Based in Mashishing, Mpumalanga, Volkswagen Highlands committed R26 million to upgrade the dealership and add a new car showroom and administrative buildings. New MasterCars and a workshop are also present.
Anru Myburg, the principal of the Volkswagen Highlands Dealership, was also recognised with a Club of Excellence Award at the recently concluded 2022 Grand Prix Awards.
The Centurion, Gauteng-based Autohaus Centurion committed R20 million in facilities improvements.
The dealership has recently improved its wash bay and included a ground-breaking water recycling system.
It also features a showroom for new vehicles and MasterCars.
A new canteen has a barista station and a complete kitchen.
However, there is also a modernised Parts department and a renovated bathroom for the workplace.
A total of R1.7 billion has been invested in the Modular Concept Design by 99 Volkswagen dealers since 2011, transforming the dealerships into cutting-edge spaces.
Additional 33 dealers have also contributed R476 million since 2018 to ensure that their dealerships follow the new Volkswagen corporate identity and brand design.
