The court heard that when the victim awoke, Trooper Louis Anderson was sitting on her bed.

The 24-year-old entered the bed and began to grind against the woman.

Following a four-day trial at Tidworth Barracks, he was convicted of sexual assault.

A soldier from the Household Cavalry was found guilty of sexual assault after he came into bed with a comrade while she was naked and began massaging her back.

When the female soldier awoke and realized the situation, she began to scream and instructed Trooper Louis Anderson to leave.

She left to use the restroom and was shocked when the 24-year-old followed her and even placed his fingers on the back of her throat, according to court testimony.

She returned to bed, where Trp Anderson began grinding against her as she lay “frozen” with horror; she was only able to flee when a friend entered the room.

Now, Trp Anderson has been convicted following a four-day trial in Wiltshire’s Tidworth Barracks.

Trooper Louis Anderson, 24, was found guilty of sexually assaulting a female soldier in her bed after a night out. Anderson is photographed outside of court.

Trp Anderson was sitting on the woman’s bed and massaging her back when she awoke, according to a military court held at Tidworth Barracks, Wiltshire.

The military court heard that both troops were members of the Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment, which dates back 360 years and is renowned for its unique tunics and plumed helmets, as well as its central role in the Queen’s birthday parade, royal weddings, and state occasions.

In 2018, the regiment began accepting women.

The court heard that the female soldier rode a taxi with her friends back to her barracks after a night out.

The court heard that she awoke later to discover Trp Anderson, who did not have authorization to be in her barracks, sitting on the edge of her bed and rubbing her bare back.

In police interview tape exhibited in court, the woman stated, “Someone was rubbing my bare back.” I noticed it was Anderson.

He said I invited him, but I did not.

“I began to cry. I informed him to depart and that I was ill.

She stated that she left her room and proceeded to the restroom, where she was astonished to find Trp Anderson.

Only in 2018 did the Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment (seen in Hyde Park) begin accepting women.

The female soldier stated, “I was standing over the toilet when he repeatedly placed his fingers in my mouth.”

“He jammed three fingers into the back of my throat using three fingers.”

‘He done so several times. I told him to cease and expressed disinterest.

He attempted to convince me to sit on his lap.

The court heard that after she recovered from her illness, the female soldier returned alone to her bed.

‘A few minutes later, I heard him return and found him in my bed.

“He was massaging my face before plunging himself inside my derriere.

‘It was repeated thrusting, perhaps three or four times, until he paused and resumed massaging my face.

The military court at Tidworth Barracks heard that Trp Anderson forced himself against the victim while wearing only boxers.

I was completely shivering. She added that he was only wearing boxers at the time.

The court was informed that when one of her female friends entered the room shortly thereafter, she “raised her hand for assistance.”

The court heard that the buddy then “pulled her away” by the hand, and she spent the remainder of the night in a spare room.

The court heard that Trp Anderson did not leave the female soldier’s bed until the following morning.

The court was informed that the female soldier disclosed the incident to her lover the following day and then chose to report it to her commander.

Later, Trp Anderson was questioned and accused by military police.

The soldier, who rejected the allegations, was found not guilty of one further count of sexual assault. In a pub, he was accused of groping a woman’s leg after telling her she had a “nice arse.”

He will be sentenced in the future.
