After a video of him singing Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody at a banquet two days before Queen Elizabeth II’s royal funeral surfaced, Justin Trudeau faced strong backlash.

The Canadian Prime Minister was recorded performing Freddie Mercury’s renowned song at an unplanned session at the Corinthia Hotel in London during the formal period of grief just days before the royal funeral of Her Majesty.

However, the uncovered footage has sparked online outrage, with many criticizing the prime minister for his jovial behavior barely 48 hours before the Queen’s funeral at Westminster Abbey and her burial.

The adored king passed away on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at the age of 96 at Balmoral Castle in Scotland.
