The Office for Disability Issues is seeking people to join the new Regional Stakeholder Network in 9 regional groups across England

We are looking for individuals who want to make a difference, either as a chair to guide and advance the group’s initiatives or as a member to contribute their opinions and experiences to assist the government improve.

The Regional Stakeholder Network will make it easier for the government to hear the opinions of disabled individuals, local disability organizations, organizations led by disabled people, and organizations that represent disabled people.

It will set up in-person forums and give individuals a way to voice their opinions on the laws and services that have an impact on them.

The Regional Stakeholder Network, which the Minister for Disabled People, Sarah Newton MP, announced in December of last year, adds to the ongoing engagement with disabled people and disability organizations across government.

It also provides organizations in England with a new avenue through which to voice their opinions on government priorities and a wide range of policies that impact disabled people.
