The cast of the popular ITV police drama, The Bill, recently reunited 23 years after the show was taken off the air.

The cast, including Eric Richard who played Rob Cryer, Graham Cole who played Tony Stamp, Andrea Mason who played PC Debbie Keane, Carol Royle who played Jennifer Salter and Kim Tiddy who played PC Honey Harman, posed for pictures at The Cinema Museum in London for Misty Moon’s The Bill Reunion 8.

Although the actors looked quite different from their on-screen characters, they appeared to be happy to be reunited.

Misty Moon is known for producing The Bill reunions and other events centred around cult TV shows and films.

The next reunion is set to take place on 20th January 2024, following the successful turnout of The Bill Reunion 8.

Stuart Morriss, the organiser of the event, shared a series of snaps on Facebook and announced that The Bill Reunion 9 will be held in late Autumn 2023, with a date to be confirmed.

Reports last year indicated that The Bill is set to return with two reboots in the works.

An insider commented that the show is a simple format, but it attracted a loyal following who would be delighted to see it return.

The Bill aired its final show in 2010 after 26 years on air, during which it picked up two BAFTAs, two NTAs and seven Inside Soap Awards.
