Spicy beef curry recipe

Indeed, a hearty curry makes a family happy. With soft meat, gorgeous veggies, and slow cooking, a flavorful party is on the way. It is difficult to have a weekend braai during the wet season, but here is another excellent alternative. This spicy beef curry is comforting and bursting with flavour, allowing you to prepare and enjoy the company with less effort.

Spicy beef curry tips

The greatest approach to get the most out of limited ingredients is to layer the flavours. There may be some parts left in the saucepan after browning the beef, but it will have a gorgeous caramelised crust on the exterior. After you’ve added the aromatics (onions, garlic, and part of the spices), deglaze the pan with wine and scrape out the browned pieces from the bottom. While you’re preparing food and enjoying a meal, your house will fill with a delicious aroma. Accompany the meal with rice or flat bread.

Meaty, spicy dishes are ideal when you’re in need of some solace. This weekend, try out this spicy beef curry with your loved ones.
