Social media personality Lasizwe Dambuza discusses kiss he shared with Mohale Motaung

In a formal statement released on Saturday, July 23, social media star Lasizwe Dambuza clarified his relationship to Somizi Mhlongo’s former spouse, media personality Mohale Motaung.

After Lasizwe Dambuza and Somizi Mhlongo’s ex-husband Mohale Motaung had a kiss on an Instagram Live this past weekend, Twitter was a hive of activity. This comes after the couple walked the red carpet together for The Roast of Khanyi Mbau.

On their respective Instagram profiles, the post was shared. When Lasizwe was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in June, Mohale tweeted “congratulations baby boo” to him, setting off the initial relationship rumors.

Despite deleting the video, Lasizwe commented on the kiss on social media. Musa, however, had managed to record the footage in time for Twitter sharing. He clarified that they just had one moment of vulnerability and that was it.

“So I just want to give context to what happened yesterday with Mohale and I on Instagram Live. So, Mohale came to deliver the gift. I went live to show what he bought and to be honest, we had a moment of weakness,” he said.

“As friends we shouldn’t cross the boundary but it happens. It’s happened to you, many other people. So, I can assure you that Mohale and I are just friends. I just recently got to know him. There’s nothing more, nothing less,” he continued.
