Six players from Mamelodi Sundowns departed Chloorkop this week.

Mamelodi Sundowns have some tough decisions to make when it comes to players who should leave or stay before the closing of the transfer window on Thursday.

However, those decisions will NOT affect at least six of the players that left Chloorkop for Bafana Bafana squad this week.

The Tshwane giants dominate Broos’ latest squad with six players, and this isn’t surprising at all given how dominant they have been domestically.

And they are goalkeeper Ronwen Williams, defenders Rushine de Reuck, Khuliso Mudau, Aubrey Modiba, midfielder Teboho Mokoena and attacker Themba Zwane.

Bafana Bafana will face both Sierra Leone and Botswana in international friendly matches on 24 and 27 September respectively.

And it remains to be seen if all of the Sundowns players will feature at the same time when Broos names his starting line-ups for the two international friendlies.

HUGO BROOS CLOSES THE DOOR ON MAMELODI SUNDOWNS STAR ANDILE JALI

In other news, Bafana Bafana coach Broos has closed the door completely for Andile Jali‘s possible return to the national team setup.

Upon announcing the Bafana Bafana squad for the two international friendlies Broos was asked about Jali and his future in the national team.

And that’s because of Broos’ change of mind regarding Themba Zwane who is included in the latest Bafana Bafana squad.

“If you talk about Andile Jali, I think no,” said Broos after announcing his latest squad on SABC 1.

“Yes, but again when I said what I said three quarters now ago, I don’t want to disrespect the nation again,” he added.
