Rebels boss and dad Stacey Hampton’s two sons die

The father of Married at First Sight actress Stacey Hampton’s two young sons and a top bikie commander were murdered in a motorcycle accident in Adelaide’s northeastern suburbs.

Shane Smith, the 38-year-old manager of the Rebels, passed away at the scene in Redwood Park at approximately three in the morning on Wednesday. His male passenger was rushed to a hospital in a critical condition.

Mr. Smith, who has Stacey Hampton’s name tattooed on his hand, is the father of the two small boys that belong to the Married at First Sight star.

On Facebook, the Rebels paid homage to Mr. Smith and declared it to be “another tragic day for our team.”

From the time she was 19 years old until their breakup in July 2017, one month before he was found guilty of assaulting two nightclub bouncers, Ms. Hampton, now 28 years old, dated the Adelaide president of the Rebels.

It is the most recent tragedy to affect the sad MAFS actress, who previously lost her father to suicide in 1995 and her brother in a motorcycle accident in July 2015.

When Ms Hampton was set to give birth, her older brother Jaimie, who had taken over raising her after their father committed suicide, was killed in a motorbike accident.

After losing her only son, her mother Leanne broke down and moved in with her pregnant daughter, who ultimately endured an induction of labour.

A week after the death of her 23-year-old brother, Ms. Hampton’s kid was born, and she called her ex-partner Shane in jail from her hospital bed as he was sobbing at the news.

2020 saw her defending her ex and pleading with others not to hold his criminal record against him.

She said in a magazine interview that “he’s honestly the finest guy” and that “I believe he’s embarrassed of his past.”

She said, “I didn’t know about his lifestyle when I met him when I was fairly young, 19, via common acquaintances, but I fell for him so immediately.

At the time, I was unaware that he had assault accusations that had surfaced from a very long time ago.

The two boys of Mr. Smith and Ms. Hampton that have featured on a MAFS episode are Kruz, age 2, and Kosta, age 4.

They will “always be each other’s kryptonite,” according to Stacey, who is 11 years younger than her ex.

She claims, “Shane and I met when we were very young, and I fell hard and fast. We will always be each other’s kryptonite.”

“He was always so encouraging, and my severe postpartum depression is what inspired me to start my foundation.”

He took the kids away from me when I was unable to care for them. I was on my own and needed to mend myself. He was wonderful to me.

He still gives me emotional support for my choices, offers relationship counsel, and cares about my children’s happiness as much as mine.

We still have meals and celebrate children’s birthdays together. We just can’t be together because we fight and because we both have significant emotional scars from our pasts that conflict.

“It was a civil separation.” I have no regrets since he is a wonderful father.

She previously discussed her difficulties as a young mother while Smith was incarcerated in an interview with Daily Mail Australia.

She claims, “My boyfriend was in prison when I became pregnant at the age of 20 and gave birth at the age of 21.”

“I had to be admitted to the hospital with shingles from stress, and then, when I was very pregnant, I developed Bell’s palsy from stress.”

Smith often posts pictures of his family on social media, including one in which Kosta is being held by Stacey and the bikie leader is wearing the colours of the Rebels.

When friends praised his attractive spouse, he responded with “That’s Stacie Hampton my wife” and two love emojis.

Along with Kosta’s name and birthdate on January 25, 2016, Smith also has the name of Ms. Hampton inked on his hand.

Smith was found guilty and given a $3,500 fine in February 2019 for attacking two bouncers on August 6, 2017, outside a bar in Bendigo.

He barely escaped going to prison when a court dropped an affray allegation because the brutal beatings weren’t thought to have terrified onlookers.

Prior to her dramatic debut on MAFS, Ms. Hampton gave her most revealing interview to Daily Mail Australia, where she discussed her horrific family background.

She said how her early interactions with males were affected by such events, which made her make bad decisions and fall for partners who had “problems.”

Imagine your life as a child as a highlight reel, she said. Only mine was that dim.

When she was a little girl, she thought her mining supervisor father, who vanished when she was one, may have been at work, but her mother refused to talk about his disappearance.

I attempted to question my mother about my father, but all she did was sob,” Stacey said. Stacey, I can’t do this, she replied, trying to get away from the subject.

Ms. Hampton, a New Zealander, learned that her father had committed himself on January 1, 1995, when she was around six or seven years old from her elder sister.

Since their father committed himself, she had become especially close to her brother Jaimie, whose passing she stated had affected her.

She said, “I lost two individuals that day.” My father and my brother were one and the same.

After receiving the news, she fell to the ground and had to be lifted up by her closest friend while yelling out what had occurred.

Stacey said, “She hurriedly put me into the vehicle and we rushed to my mother’s.” ‘At the time, there were cops around, as well as my brother’s buddies and his partner.

Everyone was in tears. I felt numb and became blank. I was no longer able to breathe. I handled the police’s inquiries since my mum came first.

“I immediately turned to my mother, packed her luggage, and brought her to my house, where I was residing while I awaited the birth of my child.

For weeks, I could hear her sobbing at all hours. Due to the stress, I had to be induced.
