The 35-year-old “Black Panther” actor addressed his widely publicized breakup wife Lori Harvey when hosting “Saturday Night Live” over the weekend, revealing he is now using the dating app Raya.
The handsome actor shared the tale during his opening monologue as he pondered on his debut feature picture, “Creed ll.”
“But immediately after that, I went through my first public breakup,” he continued, referring to his split with Steve Harvey’s 26-year-old daughter in June of last year.
“Most people after a breakup are like, ‘I’m going to be in better shape.’ But I was already in shape for Creed. So I was forced to say, “Okay, I guess I’ll learn a new language.”
The cast members of “Saturday Night Live” Chloe Fineman, Heidi Gardner, Ego Nwodim, and Punkie Johnson then joined him on stage to take photos with the previous Sexiest Man Alive.
“I was just walking around the studio when I threw this on,” Nwodim said, wearing a flowery bridal dress.
“Oh my God, Is this a wedding dress? Then I suppose we could legally marry now, huh?”
Jordan retorted, “That’s not how it works,” and Nwodim responded, “Aww, our first fight. Create sex?
Jordan and Harvey began dating in the fall of 2020. They separated after less than two years of marriage.
Last summer, the host father of “Family Feud” disclosed the couple’s breakup on his morning radio show.
The “Black Panther” actor revealed that he is now using the dating app Raya.
“As long as everyone can leave in peace, let’s be friends… “I haven’t heard anyone say they smashed windows or anything,” he stated at the time, hinting that the relationship had ended amicably.

The 66-year-old TV anchor implied that the stress of being in the public eye may have contributed to the end of the pair.
Jordan is still a cool guy, according to what I know, he remarked. “There is a breakup. I am confident that they will be OK. People frequently break up.”
