Adele sung “I Drink Wine” with sincerity.
Lizzo claimed in a new interview that her bond with the English singer extends much beyond what the cameras captured at the 2023 Grammys, revealing that she has made several drunken visits to her pal’s home.
“We drink wine with ice,” the “About Damn Time” singer stated Wednesday on the UK’s Heart radio when asked if the two 34-year-old singers ever shared tea.
“Funny enough, I drink it as well, but I wouldn’t dare ask for it at her house,” she continued.
Lizzo characterized Adele’s residence as “real nice” and “real English” but declined to elaborate on the interior.
Regarding the odor of the house, she joked, “Too much wine. I don’t recall.”
It’s no secret that the chart-topping artists are close friends, as Lizzo previously claimed they got “so drunk” at the Grammys together.
Adele and the “Juice” singer were spotted laughing and drinking from concealed flasks at the February 5 awards presentation.
Recently, Lizzo said that she and Adele were “so drunk” at the Grammys.

“I had no say in where I sat, whereas Adele had complete control over where she sat,” Lizzo continued. “Therefore, Adele FaceTimed me a few days before the Grammys while I was in practice. She exclaimed, “Oh my God! Oh my God, we are sitting next to one another!’”
The singer of “2 Be Loved (Am I Ready)” continued her awards season last week by attending the Brits in London.Lizzo compared the celebration in the United Kingdom to “a bar for artists” after revealing the amount of booze consumed that evening.
She continued, “By the way, you don’t have to smuggle alcohol to the freaking British.” Since the Brits is a pub. It’s a hidden awards ceremony; it’s merely a bar for artists.”
She continued, “The guys are like, ‘It’s an awards ceremony!’… Nah, it’s just a pub. We’re lit. It is merely a party. I sat down at the table and had no idea where to begin.
“There was a whole bottle of [Don Julio] tequila 1942 by itself in front of my chair. Oh. This wasn’t even a part of the table. It was an abundance of liquors and delicacies.”
