When you are genuine, there is no need to fake.

Following reports that she used Ozempic to reduce weight, Kyle Richards acknowledged that diet and exercise were responsible for her success.

“After gaining weight over the summer, on July 15 I stepped off the boat and declared, ‘That’s it. On Monday’s edition of “Two Ts In A Pod,” the 54-year-old actress told fellow “Housewives” Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge, “I’m not having any sugar, carbs, or alcohol.”

“Many people believe I have been taking Ozempic. To clarify, I have never taken Ozempic,” Richards clarified, referring to the diabetes medication that is sometimes used to lose weight.

In addition, she stated that she was not using Mounjaro, a comparable diabetes medicine used for weight loss, or “any of the shots” such as Wegovy or Saxenda.

Regarding her abrupt physical makeover, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star stated that she would only abstain from sugar, carbohydrates, and alcohol for “maybe two weeks.” Upon realizing the benefits of her new lifestyle, she changed her mind.

“I began to lose weight and felt so great. I thought, “Why would I return to that?” Richards contributed. So far, I have not consumed any alcohol, and I may have a bite of birthday cake here and there, but that’s it.

In response to allegations that she had undergone weight-loss surgery, the “Halloween Ends” actress clarified that she had merely undergone breast reduction surgery.

“I got breast reduction surgery. I want a stomach tuck due to the additional skin after having four children,” she told Mellencamp and Judge. “Because regardless of how much you exercise, you will always have that skin if it is not removed.”

Mellencamp and Judge, both fitness experts, confirmed that Richards did not undergo a belly tuck because they did not observe any scars.

Multiple times, she had to dispel suspicions that she was utilizing weight-loss medicine.

Just last week, the Bravo star was forced to deny claims that she was using the latest Hollywood-obsessed weight-loss medication.

Richards told her admirers that she had never tried ozempic and that her abs were not the result of plastic surgery when they questioned how she obtained them.
