Katie Price got arrested by police for sending a ‘vile and nasty’ message to Kieran Hayler about his new fiancee, Michelle Penticost

Katie Price, who is now serving a suspended sentence for drink-driving, has been in court to learn whether she will ultimately be sentenced to prison for violating a restraining order by sending a ‘vile and disgusting’ message to her ex-husband.

The former glamour model, 44, was detained by police when it was claimed that she sent Kieran Hayler a message calling his new fiancée, Michelle Penticost, a “gutter s**g.”

Tell your c***ing w***e piece of s**t girlfriend not to start on me, the message said.

‘She has a restraining order, so she shouldn’t attempt to rile me up because she is in violation, and I’m sure she doesn’t want people finding out that she was having an affair with you behind my back,’ she said. That s**g in the gutter.

On June 3, 2019, Price was issued a five-year restraining order prohibiting her from having any direct or indirect contact with Miss Penticost.

The order was given in response to Price’s profane “tirade of abuse” directed at her during a dispute on the schoolyard.

On January 21 of this year, she stood before Lewes Crown Court and pled guilty to violating the restraining order.

She is scheduled to return to the same court this morning at 10am to learn whether she will be sentenced to jail.

“Clearly you have admitted for an offence and pleaded guilty. You are aware you committed the offence while on a suspended sentence and are at risk of going to prison,” Judge Stephen Mooney told Price at the most recent hearing.

On January 21, at about 5.45 p.m., police arrived at Price’s residence and took her into custody.

She was eventually freed after a 12-hour interrogation, but not before the authorities took her phone and looked through it for possible evidence.

Price sent the ‘vile and unpleasant’ comment, according to testimony given at a previous hearing before Crawley Magistrates Court, after Michelle Penticost posted advice on how to handle rude people on Instagram.

The court was informed that Miss Price and Miss Penticost had a history of “clear animosity.”

After colliding with her BMW X5 while intoxicated in September of last year, Price received a 16-week suspended sentence.

After she admitted to committing her ninth traffic offense, she was given a 16-month prison term; however, it was suspended for a year under the condition that she receive therapy at the Priory center.

After last-minute payments of £7,358 in fines for traffic violations, Price avoided a potential jail sentence in January.

She is currently dealing with a new accusation of speeding, which will be heard before magistrates in July.

Price struck a last-minute deal to settle her bankruptcy obligations earlier this year, which allowed her to avoid jail once more.

After being declared bankrupt in 2019, the 44-year-old was expected to come before the High Court to discuss why she hadn’t repaid the £2.3 million she owed.

However, the former model reached a last-minute agreement to repay the money, which resulted in a second postponement of her bankruptcy court.
