Kanye West did not appear for his planned divorce deposition with Kim Kardashian.
According to court records filed earlier this week and obtained exclusively by Page Six, the entangled fashion designer “did not present” for the November 16 meeting.
West has been given another opportunity to sit for a deposition at the office of Kardashian’s attorney, Laura Wasser, on November 29; however, if he fails to appear, the judge will decide whether he will “be permitted to offer any testimony, oral or written,” before the trial begins, according to court documents.
According to the petition, the “Flashing Lights” rapper, 45, and the Skims creator, 42, are still in settlement discussions but want to have resolved any outstanding concerns — “or at least restrict the difficulties” — before their trial on December 14.

As the Yeezy creator began spouting anti-Semitic comments and expressing hatred against Kardashian’s now-ex-boyfriend Pete Davidson, the divorce procedures between the exes became increasingly contentious.
An insider earlier told Page Six, “They have had no communication for several weeks, and all communication regarding the children’s schedules is now organized via aides.”
“She has had enough of his conspiracy theories, bullying, and terrible speech,” stated the insider, adding that the “Kardashians” actress was “extremely angry” by West’s conduct.
According to court filings, the Skims founder and the rapper are currently in settlement talks.

Kardashian herself denounced the Grammy winner’s “hate speech” on social media, writing, “I stand with the Jewish community and demand an immediate halt to the awful violence and cruel talk directed at them.”
Recently, however, it appears that the Skkn by Kim author and West have made progress in their relationship, as they were observed conversing during Saint’s flag football game.
