Jeff Bezos flaunts his parents new $34million six-bedroom, seven-bathroom waterfront mega mansion

Jeff Bezos has helped his parents snap up a six-bedroom, seven-bathroom waterfront mega-mansion in Florida’s Coral Gables in Miami for $34million.

Additionally, Mike and Jackie Bezos are considering spending a cool $40 million on the property next door.

The NY Post states that the multi-billionaire founder of Amazon graciously assisted his parents in making the massive $74 million purchase.

The transaction was completed at the same time that Bezos, 58, and his 52-year-old TV personality girlfriend Lauren Sanchez were seen yesterday strolling hand in hand through London’s affluent Mayfair neighborhood.

Prior eating supper with Tom Cruise at a private member’s club earlier this week, he took a private tour of Buckingham Palace.

One of only two properties in the gated community, his parents’ new luxury 12,000 square foot waterfront mansion with ocean access is referred to as a “2021 Masterpiece” and is expected to eventually belong to Mike and Jackie as well.

Despite the fact that the home next door is listed as being not for sale, this means that Bezos may need to use all of his charm and resources to persuade the existing owners to sell their house.

Using a $5 million Bank of America loan, a Delaware company connected to Jeff Bezos’ parents purchased the property.

On Mercer Island in Washington state, where Mike and Jackie Bezos, Jeff’s mother and stepfather, respectively, have been in charge for 25 years, the Bezos Family Foundation and Forgotten Fountain LLC share a physical location.

The former CEO of PetsMD, Raul Calvoz, and Raquel Cordon, who purchased the property in 2018 for $8.5 million, conducted a thorough gut makeover.

A fixer-upper, which would help to explain why the value of the home has increased fourfold in just four years.

The nearly 2-acre estate has a covered terrace, a second-story terrace, and a large pool area with a fully functional kitchen, eating room, and barbecue grill.

It also has 200 feet of water views.

An “epicurean dream” chef’s kitchen inside the mansion, complete with a gas burner, a cooking island, a food warmer, two ovens, and a large window overlooking the pool and river, will make the cook Bezos’ parents hired very happy.

The elderly can also use the indoor climbing wall and gym on peaceful winter weekends before relaxing in the wine cellar or taking a tour of the nine-car garage.

Mike and Jackie Bezos were believed to be independently affluent and may have been able to finance it even if a helping hand from their successful son may have been appreciated.

Along with the fortune that Mike’s job in the oil sector brought them, the couple invested $250,000 in their son’s $1 trillion company back in the 1990s.

It appears that real estate agent Lourdes Alatriste of Douglas Elliman, who represented both the buyer and seller, negotiated a clever arrangement between her clients because the home was initially offered for $25.8 million in 2020.

The deal on the neighboring house, which was most recently sold in 2019 for $14 million, is anticipated to close soon for $40 million.

There are five bedrooms and five bathrooms in that 8,700 square foot house.

According to Forbes, Jeff Bezos, the third-richest person in the world behind Elon Musk and Bernard Arnault, has a net worth of more than $140 billion.

He has amassed a sizable real estate portfolio over the years.

The former CEO of Amazon, who retired in February 2021, has properties worth millions of dollars in New York, Washington, DC, Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Texas, Seattle, and now Florida.

Even that he was attempting to purchase his parents a home in Maui, Hawaii, was the subject of speculation.

Blue Origin, a space business, was established by Bezos in 2000.

Another investment that paid off came in 2020 when the business launched its wealthy founder on the New Shepard spaceship to a height of 61 miles.

In 1964, when Jacklyn was only 17 and still in school, he was born.

Ted Bezos’ father was divorced by Jackie in 1965, and shortly after, she wed Miguel “Mike” Bezos.

When Jeff was four years old, Mike consented to adopt him and brought him up as his own.

Mike immigrated to the US from a family of Cuban immigrants and began working as an engineer for Exxon.

People were still wary of the internet in 1995, thus the $245,573 they provided him in the form of an investment in his new company Amazon was seen as both a tremendous quantity of money and a huge risk.

However, the risk paid off because their kid is now a multi-billionaire and they are now the proud owners of a brand-new mansion in Miami.
