As champions-elect Mamelodi Sundowns earned yet another inescapable PSL victory, we can’t shake the sensation that things are becoming somewhat monotonous. Where have you disappeared to, Kaizer Chiefs?

Is it time for a change, given that the Brazilians have won each of the last five DStv Premiership titles and six of the last seven?

Richards Bay’s debut in the premier division has been a breath of fresh air. This team is aware of its limits, but is not scared to compete with the elite.
