Springbok captain Siya Kolisi made fun of his wife Rachel after he defeated her at a board game at their house on Tuesday, January 17th. He hurriedly uploaded photographs taken during their game to Instagram.

After defeating Rachel in Scrabble, Siya boasted to his Instagram followers about his victory. He boasted about his victory over his wife and expressed regret for defeating her during her birthday week. He penned,

“Not the nicest way to begin your birthday week, @rachelkolisi losing at scrabble, but uzobaryt Mariri Qina! [Strengthen up, my sweetheart].

She was born on January 12, 1990. She wed the rugby captain in August 2016 in Cape Town, according to City Press.

Mzansi netizens have labeled them one of South Africa’s most popular couples.

Rachel said, in response to Siya’s article, that the Springbok rugby captain only shared the victory with his supporters because he was a rare board game winner. She said,

“He wins so infrequently that he had to post about it.”

As the couple’s quarrel spread to social media, their followers were enamored by the online images of Siya and Rachel’s adorable interaction.

Rachel and Siya Kolisi began the week leading up to Rachel’s birthday by playing Scrabble.

In a separate post, Rachel showed photographs of her home. She was standing in front of a white table with decorations. On the opposite side of the table, silver balloons with the message “Happy Birthday” floated against the wall.

She demonstrated the table setting in a video and wrote,

“Yesterday, I celebrated my 33rd birthday with family-like friends, surrounded by all of my favorite things!”

According to reports, Siya Kolisi and his family will relocate to France following the 2023 Rugby World Cup. Siya broke the news on Twitter and stated that the relocation would have several advantages, one of which was that he would be able to spend more time with his family. He described himself as “nervous and excited” about his future in Europe.

Rachel revealed her innermost thoughts and expressed her emotions by stating,

“This year’s objectives and life in general will demand a great deal of faith and direction. I am enthusiastic, inspired, motivated, and so incredibly grateful.”
