INGREDIENTS

  • 800 g sugar

  • 250 ml sugar

  • 250 ml butter

  • 10 ml vanilla essence

  • 1 tin condensed milk

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

  • 1⁄4 cup fine lemon zest

  • 1⁄4 cup lemon juice

  • For the topping
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

  • 1⁄2 cup cream

  • white chocolate shavings

METHOD

  • To make this fudge recipe, start by adding condensed milk, butter, milk, sugar, and vanilla to a saucepan.
  • Stir the mixture over medium heat for around 50 minutes until the color changes and the fudge forms a ball.
