The image shared by Trump, 44, reads ‘wheels on the shopping car be like’ and features three identical images of his sister, Ivanka, 40, and one of the teacher, Kayla Lemieux.
Three images of Ivanka encircle the viral image of Lemieux in a square below the text. Trump appears to be comparing Ivanka and Lemieux to a stereotypical shopping cart, which reliably has three functional wheels and one which squeaks.
‘Sorry @ivankatrump but what kind of big brother would I really be if I showed restraint and didn’t post this ???’ the caption reads.

Kayla Lemieux, a teacher at Ontario-based Oakville Trafalgar High School, was photographed by students after she appeared one morning to teach her shop class
Lemieux, a manufacturing technology teacher at Oakville Trafalgar High School in Ontario, Canada, was recently photographed instructing her shop class with her prosthetics on, which stretch her clothing.
Amidst public backlash and reports that students are skipping Lemieux’s class, the Halton District School board defended Lemieux and said it would no longer answer questions because it was a ‘personnel matter.’
The district added that interfering or criticizing the teacher would go against the Ontario Human Rights Code.
‘The HDSB recognizes the rights of students, staff, parents/guardians and community members to equitable treatment without discrimination based upon gender identity and gender expression. Gender identity and gender expression are protected grounds under the Ontario Human Rights Code,’ the board said in a statement.
One senior at the school told the Toronto Sun that some students support Lemieux while others are not comfortable.
‘I’m OK with it,’ said Owen LaPlante. ‘I know some of my friends are a little uncomfortable with it, but I think she should be able to express herself however she wants to.’
Teachers at the school and members of the school board it is associated with have come in support of Lemieux
Some students say they are ‘OK with it’ and others ‘don’t care about that,’ while others say they are uncomfortable with Lemieux’s prosthetics

A 10th grader at the school said most students ‘don’t care about that.’
‘I don’t really hear anyone talking about it,’ said Yuxuan Xie.
In opposition, one mother who identified herself as ‘Lei’ to the Toronto Sun said while she supports Lemieux, she did not approve of her prosthetics.
‘I think he’s going a little too far,’ Lei said. ‘I think identifying himself is OK, but I think that just wearing that in the classroom … I still have concerns over that.’
Only one former student, who asked to remain anonymous, showed to protest at the school after Lemieux’s photo was posted to social media.
‘I think it’s fundamentally wrong that this individual is able to work at an institution as such, with huge breasts on,’ the protestor, who wielded the Canadian flag, said. ‘It’s gross.’

HDSB Chair Margo Shuttleworth told the Sun that staff are looking at ‘going through creating a safety plan’ to ensure the Oakville Trafalgar High School teacher’s security as they prepare for potential protests when the school opens for classes on September 26.
‘This teacher is an extremely effective teacher,’ said Shuttleworth. ‘All the kids really love being in the class.’
Like what is suggested in Trump Jr.’s meme, Shuttleworth added that she has received voicemails from parents who say they do not approve of Lemieux continuing to teach at the school.
Parents and other concerned citizens are currently planning to confront the district at it next board meeting and demand something be done about Lemieux’s attire.
