Before his buddy Jeff Beck passed away on Wednesday, “Pirates of the Caribbean” actor Johnny Depp was allegedly there at his bedside with “some other rock stars.”
The artist, who just toured and co-wrote an album with Beck, is “devastated” by his passing, a source told People.

In a statement at the time, Beck expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to collaborate with the “Sweeney Todd” actor.
I haven’t had a creative collaborator like him in a very long time, Beck stated. “He had a significant role in this recording. Because some people find it difficult to believe that Johnny Depp can sing rock and roll, I only hope that people will take him seriously as a musician.
Family members announced the guitarist’s death on Twitter.
The statement stated, “On behalf of his family, we convey the news of Jeff Beck’s passing with deep and profound regret.”
