- Collins Makgaka, an attacking midfielder, has only appeared in 10 minutes this year.
- Monnapule Saleng, a winger, spent the previous season on loan at Swallows, and another break from the team seems expected.
- Tebogo Tlolane hasn’t played since being used as a full-back against the wrong man.
- Ntsako Makhubela, a former offensive midfielder for Golden Arrows, is unpopular at Pirates.
- Both Ghanaian Kwame Peprah and Zimbabwean Terrence Dvzukamanja are expected to depart.
