A late-night craving for Hungry Jacks revealed the man of the fourth and last suspect in the stabbing death of a Comanchero bikie buddy outside of a gym.
Saturday around 9:45 p.m., police encircled a house on Albion Street in Warwick and arrested 24-year-old Kyle Martin and his 24-year-old girlfriend.
He is the most recent individual to be charged with murder following Monday’s ambush of Levi Johnson, 23, in the Goodlife gym parking lot in Carindale.
Thomas Friedrich Myler, 35, Stuart Galloway, and Luke Thomas Moore, both 34, are the remaining three individuals arrested in connection with the incident.
Police will allege that Martin stabbed Johnson six times during the attack, according to Detective Superintendent Andrew Massingham.

Monday, Levi Johnson, 23, was ambushed in the parking lot of a Goodlife gym in Mansfield.

“It will also be alleged that one of the four who have already been charged continued to assault the dead after that time,” he said.
This is a despicable act, a cruel assault, and a cowardly assault.
The police allege that the individuals are members of the 13 Kings gang, and that one of them attacked Mr. Johnson in order to join a biker club.
“At this time, there will be some motive-related issues before the court.” As we are in the sub-judice period, I cannot get into specifics,’ he explained.
However, some thinking processes surrounding the commission of this crime may have led at least one of the defendants to consider joining a motorcycle organization at the time of the murder.
The vehicle associated with Martin’s girlfriend was recognized and tracked to Warwick, according to Superintendent Massingham.
The police were able to locate Martin after following his girlfriend as she drove to Hungry Jacks for takeout.
Supt. Massingham stated that the meal was plenty for two individuals and was paid for in cash.
At that time, I was convinced that we had found the desired individual.
It is suspected that Martin has made preparations to depart the state and travel to Western Australia.

On Monday, Martin will appear before the Ipswich Magistrates Court, while his girlfriend will continue to assist police with their investigation.
She has not been accused or charged with any misconduct.
Over the past week, up to 200 police officers and sixty detectives have been working around the clock to locate the suspected attackers.
Martin was arrested on Saturday, a day after Myler was arrested following a police raid at a residence on Skinner Avenue in Wellington point on Friday.
Before his arrest, the regional crime coordinator for Brisbane, Detective Superintendent Andrew Massingham, stated that police would allege he buried firearms on another site.
He stated, “We were able to obtain assistance from PolAir, and shortly thereafter a Mazda 323 left this (Wellington Point) residence.”
This vehicle has been transported to an address in Chandler, where we believe the suspect buried a number of guns.
It is believed that Myler and Martin had a falling out and broke up after the stabbing.
CCTV footage released by police on Friday purportedly showed Kyle Martin, 24, at the Carindale retail area prior to the attack.
Superintendent Massingham stated, “It would appear from some of the comments made tonight by this man (Myler) that this connection is somewhat fragmented, and we will be examining this in the coming days.”
Myler has been charged with murder, unauthorized possession of a motor vehicle, entering a building, possessing explosives without authorization, and driving a vehicle without an interlock.
His case was briefly discussed in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Saturday, and deferred until October 4.
The police have not charged his girlfriend and she remains under investigation.
On Monday, two automobiles boxed in Mr. Johnson’s vehicle before four men exited and began shattering his glass.
Mr. Johnson fled, but two men apprehended him nearby and stabbed him many times.
Superintendent Massingham remarked, “It was certainly a ferocious act, it transpired very quickly, and they were indeed zealous about fulfilling their mission.”
Monday between 12.30pm and 2.10pm, police asked anyone with dashcam footage from the Creek Road parking lot to come forward.
