Chinese mainland reports 47 new COVID-19 cases

BEIJING, 8th July, 2022 (WAM) — The Chinese mainland reported 47 locally-transmitted confirmed COVID-19 cases during the past 24 hours, the National Health Commission said Friday.

Xinhua news agency quoted the Commission as saying that no new deaths have been reported in China, making the death toll stand at 5,226.
