Chick-fil-A gives two sorts of amazing futures scholarships to restaurant employees because two is better than one. Chick-fil-A awards True Inspiration Scholarships and Leadership Scholarships each year.

The Leadership award is worth $2,500 and can be extended every year for up to four years. The True Inspiration Scholarship, on the other hand, grants up to $25,000 in college funding to two Team Members from each region.

True Inspiration Scholarship 2022
Scholarship amount: $25,000
Requirements
- At the time of application, you must be employed by a franchised, company-owned, or related restaurant (including Dwarf House Group, LLC (Dwarf House, Truett’s Chick-fil-A, Truett’s Luau, Edgewater, Truett’s Grill)).
- Be a Team Member when the Operator, Interim Manager, or Executive General Manager, as appropriate, presents the award.
- Be enrolled or planning to enroll in an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical institution for the 2022-2023 academic year as a postsecondary undergraduate or graduate student.
- A Team Member’s professional achievement must be recommended by an Operator, Interim Manager, or Executive General Manager (depending on the Restaurant where the Team Member works).
- Display care and service in the 12 months leading up to your application. You will be asked to describe how you have impacted your community, friends, and family both inside and outside of the Restaurant over the last 12 months.
- On a 4.0 scale, you must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 (or the equivalent). Academic honors and prizes will be evaluated. Applicants must upload a transcript that includes their name, school name, classes taken, and grade point average (GPA).
- Demonstrate that you have a financial necessity.
Leadership Scholarship-Award 2022
Scholarship amount: $1,000 or $2,500
Requirements for the leadership scholarship program offered by chick-fil-a
- Work at a franchised, company-owned, or related restaurant at the time of entry (including Dwarf House Group, LLC (Dwarf House, Truett’s Chick-fil-A, Truett’s Luau, Edgewater, Truett’s Grill)).
- Be a Team Member when the Operator, Interim Manager, or Executive General Manager, as appropriate, presents the award.
- Be a postsecondary undergraduate or graduate student, or plan to enroll in undergraduate or graduate study for the 2022-2023 academic year at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school.
- An Operator, Interim Manager, or Executive General Manager (depending on the Restaurant where the Team Member works) must suggest the Team Member based on their professional accomplishments.
- Demonstrate care and service in the twelve months leading up to your application. You will be asked to describe how you have impacted your community, friends, and family in the last 12 months, both inside and outside of the classroom.
- On a 4.0 scale, you must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 (or the equivalent). Academic honors and prizes will be evaluated. Applicants must upload a transcript that includes their name, school name, classes taken, and grade point average (GPA).
- At the time of the application and the announcement of the prize, team members must be employed at a qualifying restaurant. After receiving notification of their scholarship award, Team Members are not obligated to continue working at a qualifying restaurant for tax reasons.

Employees who are eligible for Chick-fil-A scholarships can apply online using the link below. Applicants can apply for both the Leadership and True Inspiration Scholarships using the same application.

In addition to satisfying the GPA requirements for these scholarships, applicants must also complete the community service requirement.
While there are no minimum amount of hours required for service, applicants must have volunteered in the previous 12 months. Schools, churches, non-profits, and Chick-fil-A-sponsored groups are all examples of acceptable service organizations.
It’s worth mentioning that rewards can be used for a variety of objectives by students. Scholarship money can be used for books, school fees, and other educational expenses in addition to tuition. Student loans cannot be paid with money.

What can I do with my award if I am chosen as a winner?
Tuition, fees, books, and other educational-related expenditures can all be covered through awards. Scholarship cheques are made out to the institution and cannot be used to pay off student loans or refunded to students.
Will there be a first-come, first-served basis for scholarships?
No, each of the qualifying conditions will be examined and graded for all scholarship applications submitted in 2022.
Can high school students apply for chick-fil-a scholarship?
Awesome! Team members in high school who will be dual-enrolled or enrolling full-time at a higher institution for the beginning of the academic year are qualified.
