The court in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, sentenced Ben Addison, age 31, to ten months in prison, but suspended the sentence.

This means he will not go to jail if he commits no additional offences within the next two years.

Addison (left) was a persistent annoyance to Ryanair flight 2162 passengers from Birmingham to Palma de Mallorca.

In addition, he was fined 720 euros (£630) for his odd attack, in which he injured four Civil Guards.

Once the plane had landed, he launched a vicious attack on passenger Neil Endley (pictured), kicking him in the head and showering him with punches.

Ben Addison accepted his sentence, which was handed down on September 19 and approved by the court.

The incident occurred about 11:25 p.m. on September 18, 2020.

Addison has been a continual annoyance to customers on flight 2162 from Birmingham to Palma de Mallorca operated by Ryanair.

After the plane landed, he viciously attacked fellow passenger Neil Endley by kicking him in the head and bombarding him with blows.

He hurled the British millionaire to the ground and chewed his right ear so hard that he tore off a portion.

Four Civil Guards arrived on the scene to stop the assault, only to be met with blows themselves.

Additionally, they were brought to the ground and hurt.

Neil, from Solihull, Warwickshire, told British reporters at the time that he had “no connection” with his attacker, who was then 29 years old.

He stated, “I had never seen him before until this occurred.”

Neil, owner of The Bridge Group of engineering firms, was brought to a hospital in Palma de Mallorca for treatment following the savage assault.

His assailant was intoxicated and high on drugs when he attacked after being denied more drink.

He is thought to have targeted Neil after stealing and consuming his drink.
