According to TMZ, a man named Raymond Black has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Billie Eilish, as well as her parents’ home, due to a “credible threat of violence or stalking.”
The order was issued after the seven-time Grammy winner reported that Black was standing shirtless outside of her living room window, staring at her.
Black had reportedly also been seen around Eilish’s home while it was under construction and had shown up at her parents’ residence looking for the singer.
This is the second temporary restraining order Eilish has sought in recent months; in January, she was granted a restraining order against Christopher Anderson, who allegedly broke into her family’s home multiple times.
Eilish has had to take extra precautions in the past due to fans showing up outside of her home.
