Last Monday, a sworn statement delivered to the Johannesburg High Court revealed the explosive charges. In the letter, Sithelo accused Andile and his mother Shauwn aka “MaMkhize” of “illegal and unconstitutional kidnapping” of her daughter Florence.
Sithelo Shozi disclosed in a 24-page declaration that Andile Mpisane demanded a DNA test to verify his paternity. In addition, she was required to provide proof that she was the biological mother of Florence and Coco.
According to TimesLive, she said in her statement, “As if that weren’t enough, I was also summoned for a DNA test. This was done to determine whether I am actually the biological mother… I obliged”.

Sithelo added that DNA tests were conducted voluntarily but “illegally.”
She continued, “I had no reservations about taking the DNA test.” During our relationship, I was devoted and loyal to [Mpisane].
“What I objected to was how they approached it; it is illegal to abduct the child and force us to submit to DNA testing.”
In June of last year, the relationship between Andile Mpisane and Sithelo Shozi made news after she accused him of physical abuse during their relationship.
She also disclosed that she will be filing assault charges against him.
A copy of a protective order filed by Andile against Sithelo, accusing her of being “violent and aggressive,” went viral shortly thereafter.
One month later, Andile Mpisane wanted a paternity test to establish he was the father of Sithelo’s daughters. According to Sunday World, Andile’s suspicions were exposed in a demand letter from his counsel.
The letter stated, “Our client has recently requested that you both take paternity (DNA) tests for Baby Flo and Baby Coco to put to rest any old rumors of infidelity during the time the children were conceived.”
