New Yorkers are excitedly anticipating his arrival and hoping to welcome him with open arms.

Celebrity private investigator Bo Dietl, who has had Table No. 1 at Rao’s on Thursday nights since 1977, has offered Rodgers a dinner invitation he can’t refuse.

Many other famous athletes, including Phil Simms, Joe Montana, Boomer Esiason, and Peyton Manning, have enjoyed meals at Rao’s in the past.

When he’s not indulging in pasta and seafood at Rao’s, Rodgers reportedly enjoys a good steak.

He has been spotted at Benjamin Steakhouse on East 41st Street and has dined there multiple times, according to owner Benjamin Prelvukaj.

Rodgers has also been seen at various bars and clubs around the city with his girlfriends, including The Skylark cocktail bar in the Garment District with Olivia Munn and The East Pole on the Upper East Side with soccer player Marie Margolius.

Despite his celebrity status, Rodgers often prefers to keep a low profile and dine in quiet, out-of-the-way places.

New York restaurant owners and enthusiasts alike are excited about the possibility of Rodgers playing for the Jets and becoming a regular in the city’s dining scene.

As Tom Martignetti, co-owner of The East Pole, says, “Compared to Wisconsin, he’s going to have a ball in New York City.”
