A40 crash driver will awaken to find his best friend dead

A hairdresser who survived the horrific A40 crash that killed a young mother hopes to be well enough to go home early the following week.
In the 100 mph incident, Zamarod Arif damaged her arm and leg, but her seat belt kept her alive.

The 26-year-old is making good progress at St. Mary’s Hospital in Paddington, where she is stable enough to visit with loved ones.

The Range Rover’s driver, who is being treated at the same hospital, may be awakened from a medically induced coma this weekend.

Rida Al Mousawi was flung from the $120,000 Range Rover when it overturned off the A40 and landed on railroad tracks at Park Royal station in West London, suffering a severe head injury. Rida Al Mousawi was placed in a coma by medical personnel.

Friends reported that since being admitted to the hospital, the 24-year-old, who also sustained multiple fractured bones, has made significant recovery.

A buddy remarked, “We are all hoping that he will be awakened from the coma in the next few days.”

Everyone is hoping and praying for Rida to awaken from his coma and resume speaking.

It will be a challenging talk because he is unaware that one of his buddies was killed in the collision. He’ll be inconsolable.

The manager of a jewellery store and his surviving passengers are in different hospital units in London.

Yagmor Ozden, a mother of one, was catapulted from her rear passenger seat and perished in the collision.

Her 12-year-old daughter is being cared after by family, and she shared a touching painting of two handprints as a memorial to her mother on social media.

From her hospital bed, Arif informed MailOnline that the 33-year-old was not using a seat belt.

She said that she had instructed Rida and her to put them on as they set out from a late-night shisha joint on an industrial complex near to the accident scene.

The hairdresser claimed that as the 4×4 rocketed over a Tesla charging station and landed on railroad lines, she was thrown around inside the vehicle.

She praised God for giving her another chance and expressed gratitude for her life.

Arif expressed her relief at the prospect of waking up her buddy Rida from his coma.

According to her, that is the best news she has heard.

Arif has not yet been questioned by crash investigators while they compile all the CCTV footage that would have shown the black Range Rover SVR travelling quickly along the A40.

An Uber driver charging his Tesla caught the speeding automobile ploughing through a metal barrier on a dashcam. Minor wounds were sustained by a 52-year-old guy who was riding in another Tesla at the charging station when he was struck by flying debris.

Prior to the collision, the three occupants of the Range Rover had visited The Wish Lounge, a shisha lounge.

Council officials are currently looking into the location since it lacks the necessary permits to operate as a restaurant, host events with a DJ, or stay open until three in the morning.

An Ealing Council official said the establishment, which began two years ago, lacked a licence.

Residents in the area have complained about the noise coming from the lounge, which is located in a converted office sandwiched between two auto repair shops. On the roads going to the lounge, they claim to have heard racing.

The place is packed on the weekends until 2am, according to a local. There is dancing, live music, and it appears crowded.

A group of young men working at the Wish Lounge declined to respond and would not identify the owner when MailOnline visited the establishment.

The lounge uses social media to promote its weekend-only special events.

Social media pictures of the lounge’s dance floor and resident DJ reveal them to be crowded.

Wish Lounge Ltd., a company registered to Ghaith Al-Waili, was dissolved and removed from the Companies House record in June.
