A lawsuit has been filed against the woman who allegedly abused 40 moms’ children sexually and physically.

A $1 million lawsuit has been filed against a “evil” social worker who falsely accused 40 mothers of physical and sexual abuse because of her own “personal vendettas” with them.

Colorado resident Danielle Jurinsky said that when she got a spooky call from child protective services on January 29 alerting her that she was being investigated for sexually assaulting her kid, her heart sank.

The restaurant owner and Aurora City councilwoman, 38, started to cry at the horrible accusation, particularly because she had no clue who had made it.

According to Jurinsky, “I was crying and pleading with her, telling her how much I love my kid.” More than anything else in the world, I adore my kid.

Jurinsky had no idea the 41-year-old child protective services worker from Arapahoe County who was accusing her at the time was Robin Niceta.

She alleges that the worker took hundreds of children from their homes due to personal grudges she had towards the moms of those children. The mother is currently leading a $1 million 40-person class action lawsuit against the worker.

After refusing Niceta’s advances sexually, some were reported to services and had their children taken away, the lawsuit is expected to allege.

Colorado resident Danielle Jurinsky (pictured) claimed she got a spooky call from child protective services on January 29 alerting her that she was being investigated for sexually assaulting her kid. She has now filed a $1 million lawsuit against the source of the defamatory statements.

Jurinsky disparaged Niceta’s former partner in a statement. Niceta reported her for child sex abuse the next day.

As a child protection worker for the county of Arapahoe, Robin Niceta is accused of making’sexual approaches’ on moms and threatening to take their kids away if they turned her down. She is facing a class action lawsuit from more than 40 individuals.

Niceta attacked the mother in a cruel and baseless manner because she had insulted Vanessa Wilson, the police chief, in public.

After supplying wine to parents and other caregivers and asking them into their house, the social worker was subsequently detained in May for making sexual advances.

Only then was Jurinsky allowed to talk about her experience, and to her astonishment, a large number of other moms came out right away with stories of the rogue social worker.

On January 28, one day after she had made a derogatory remark about a social worker’s ex-lover, Vanessa Wilson, on the Steffen Tubbs radio program, Jurinsky’s journey began.

Strangely, Niceta then sent police an anonymous report accusing the mother of exploiting her child’s sexuality.

Niceta claimed to be a member of staff at one of Jurinsky’s eateries.

She reported hearing Jurinsky ask her kid, “Do you want to see anything funny?” to the police. and after that started having sex with the kid.

Jurinsky referred to Police Chief Wilson’s public criticism and added, “I wanted her gone.

I am aware that she was not the best candidate for the position since crime was increasing quickly and our officer turnover was worrying. I was unaware of who her girlfriend was at the time, however.

‘Robin and I have never met. At the time, I was unaware of Vanessa Wilson’s relationship. I’ve never ever heard of this lady, so when it was discovered that she was the one who called in may, it surprised me.

When the allegations of sexual assault against Jurinsky were found to be untrue in February, authorities were compelled to look for the offender. The councilwoman was aware that someone was trying to frame her, but she was unsure who it was.

A search warrant of Niceta’s county-provided laptop showed a thorough history of searches for ‘does the child abuse hotline keep phone numbers in Colorado.’ Niceta conducted the search just minutes before reporting Jurinsky.

In May, the former social worker quit her job as accusations began to pour in. On May 16, an arrest warrant was issued for Niceta.

But Jurinsky’s horrible story was just one of many. After Niceta was arrested, multiple woman came forward to claim that the social worker threatened to take their children away from them for not meeting her own sexual demands.

Leading the lawsuit, Jurinsky said: ‘I want these children returned.

‘Some of these women have lost everything. Whatever money they had, they gave to attorney’s trying to save their children. Other people lost their jobs due to the allegations.’

Niceta would report false abuse allegations without evidence on the women, leading in some cases to the mother’s losing custody of their children to the social care system.

This was amplified by the fact that it was Niceta’s word – as a county social worker – against theirs, Jurinsky said.

One of the mothers who claims she was blackmailed by the social worker is Bianca Salomon, 32.

After a Niceta alleged child abuse, Blanca Salomon’s family has established a GoFundMe campaign to assist with her reunion.

In January, she lost custody of her four children when Niceta testified that the mother had “punched her children in the face” and the grandma had to step in.

Even though Salomon and her mother vehemently denied the grave allegations of child abuse, a court ordered that her kids be taken away right away.

The unmarried mother joined Jurinsky’s case and is currently working to bring her family back together.

Jamie Schneider, Niceta’s mother, said she was drawn into her house by the promise of gift cards for her son. Niceta was given the case of the freshly remarried divorced mother.

Schneider was invited into the social worker’s house and was given drink, which she declined. After that, Niceta advised the mother to get a divorce before she tried to seduce her, a request Schneider rebuffed.

Schneider’s kid was removed from her less than a day later after “the court believed her testimony as a witness,” according to Jurinsky.

In an effort to reclaim her son, Schneider is also a defendant in the action brought against Niceta.

I want to make up as much of what they lost in all of this as I can, Jurinsky said. “I’m going to be the voice,”

“What happened to me is not an unique incidence at all, and I would even go so far as to say that I think that Arapahoe County DHS is now under the influence of an equitable evil,” Jurinsky remarked

The formerly employed social worker has already refuted the accusations, saying she “didn’t know anything” about them.

On August 29, Niceta will appear in court.
