12-year-old girl missing from Murarrie

South Brisbane police are requesting the public’s aid in locating a missing 12-year-old girl from Murarrie.

Monday, January 16, about 7.30 p.m., the girl was last seen on Moonie Avenue.

She may be walking or using public transportation or the train network.

The girl is described as being of Indian descent and having short, black hair.

She was last spotted carrying a dark backpack while wearing a yellow shirt, green/dark green pants, and white shoes.

Anyone who sees the child or has information about her location is encouraged to call police immediately.
